Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash. Payment be made via debit or credit card.
What ID do I need?
You will need two forms of ID. We require a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill).
What if I lose or damage the equipment?
You are responsible for the equipment during the hire period. Charges may apply for damage, loss or theft. Optional damage waivers or insurance may be available.
What should I do if the tool doesn’t work or I have an issue?
Stop using the tool immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
Do I need Insurance?
Yes, it is your responsibility to make that the equipment you hire is insured in case of damage or theft.
Do you deliver and collect?
Yes, we offer delivery and collection services for an additional fee.
Can I extend my hire period?
Yes- Just contact us before your hire period ends and we can arrange an extension (subject to availability).
Do I need to clean the equipment before I return it?
The equipment must be returned in a suitable state. Heavy soiled equipment may be liable to a cleaning charge.
